Open the black cover at the top of the fuser, and remove the jammed media.

11.

Reinstall the fuser. Push on the fuser with your thumbs to be sure it snaps securely into place.

12.

To reinstall the fuser-entrance guide, first insert the right-side mounting pin into the hole on the
right side, and then lower the left-side mounting pin into the hole on the left side.

13.

Reinstall the duplexer or the duplex cover.

14.

Reinstall the output-bin assembly, the 3-bin mailbox, or the stapler/stacker. Insert the device at an
angle, and then slide it into the device.

15.

If a jam message persists, jammed media is still in the device. Look for the jam in another location.
