Note 1:
If the RAM on the XP Remote Web Console client is 128 MB or less, the maximum number of concurrent
users for XP Remote Web Console is one. If multiple instances of XP Remote Web Console are to be started on
the XP Remote Web Console client, more than 256 MB of memory is recommended for the XP Remote Web
Console client.
Note 2:
If JRE™ is not already installed on the XP Remote Web Console client, it will be downloaded when you
log on to the server. If you receive an error message (see Figure 2-1), you can download JRE™ from the Java™
web site at
www.java.sun.com
. If the XP Remote Web Console client is not connected to the Internet, download
the JRE™ install program on to another computer and then copy it to the XP Remote Web Console client. For
instructions, see the JRE™ install guide.

For Windows® systems, if JRE™ is installed successfully, the Java™ plug-in is in the Control Panel. Please
confirm that you can activate the JRE™ by the plug-in icon.

For UNIX® systems, please confirm that you can open the ControlPanel.html file in the directory where the
Java Runtime Environment™ is installed.
