Controlling Process States
Following is an alternate way to start pool and virtual disk processes:
1. The COUP ADD command and the PUP DEFINEPOOL and DEFINEVIRTDISK
commands are used to fully configure the storage pool and virtual disk.
2. The COUP START command places the processes in either the UP or DOWN
state, depending on the value of their STARTDOWN attribute:
