accessed to recover a storage pool process

UNABLELCKOBJ 5207 A lock could not be obtained to add or
change a storage pool process.
UNABLESTARTTXN 5208 A transaction to add or change a storage
pool or virtual disk process could not be
started.
SAMEDEFEXISTS 5209 An attempt was made to add or update a
pool or VDP definition that already exists
and matches the definition that was passed.
