REASON
An error occurred either during the creation of Virtual Copy time or cloning database time.
SOLUTION
If during database cloning time, check the saved init.ora file to see if there are any unusual
characters or wrong syntax. Make sure the primary database has the correct parameter file. Check
the log file for more details. Contact customer support for further investigation.
