REASON
To access the HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage system, the environment variables TPDSYSNAME, or
TPDUSERNAME, or both must be set.
SOLUTION
Check the configuration file and make sure the TPDSYSNAME, or TPDUSERNAME, or both are
up to date.

is done for the specified Oracle sid and database server.
