SOLUTION
Create the same user if not exist.

not match.
REASON
This error occurs when creating or checking a configuration file. The username of the Oracle binary
owner must be identical on both the database server and the backup system. Even if there is no
Oracle home parameter specified in the configuration file, the Oracle owner with the same name
must exist on the backup system.
SOLUTION
Check the username from both the database server and the backup system. Correct them if they
not identical.
