The level of ink remaining in each color is displayed at the top right of the Internal Print Server's main screen.
You can see more details of ink cartridge and printhead status by selecting Information > Supplies.
NOTE:
The ink level estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate.
NOTE:
If the warranty status is See warranty note, this indicates that expired ink is being used. If the
warranty status is Out of warranty, this indicates that non-HP ink is being used. See the limited warranty
document provided with your printer for details of the warranty implications.

During the installation of the printer, the designated personnel received training for safe operation
and maintenance of the printer. It is not allowed to use the printer without this training.

If a printhead develops an electrical fault or overheats, the Internal Print Server will indicate that it should be
reseated or replaced. In addition, you may wish to replace a printhead if its warranty has expired or if you feel
that its performance is not adequate.
1.
Ensure that the printer is not trying to print: stop the job queue.
2.
In the Internal Print Server, select Printer > Replace printheads.
3.
If the service position window is open, you are asked to close it.
