• The Line formats will be defined in the next step. They
are arbitrary names, chosen by the user. In this case “L”
was used to designate a Line format, as opposed to a Bar
format. For example, in a PID display block, there may
be a format called processL to display the process in a
line format; and processB to display it as a bargraph.
12. The Inputs tab should now look like this:

The name we defined in the Inputs tab
Format type: State
