Small Icons
To display items by using small icons, select View | Small Icons from the menu or click the View Small Icons
icon.
List
To list items, select View | List from the menu or click the View List icon. The files are then listed, along with
small icons, in alphabetical order.
Details
To list and see detailed information about items, select View | Details from the menu or click the View Details
icon. The files are then listed, along with small icons, in alphabetical order. Additional information is also listed,
such as file type, file size, and the date and time the file was modified.
Refresh
To update the Palm-SPEC Conversion Utility window to reflect the latest changes, transfers, and deletions,
select View | Refresh from the menu or click the Refresh icon.
Status Bar
To enable the Status Bar at the bottom of the OOIPSCU window, select View | Status Bar from the menu. The
Status Bar provides information about software functions and events.
Conversion Menu Functions
The following section details options available from the Conversion menu of OOIPSCU. Where applicable, the
icon on the main OOIPSCU page that is associated with that function is provided next to the menu option name.
Set Transfer Directory
This option opens the Browse for Folder dialog box, which allows you to select the directory to which all Palm-
SPEC files will be transferred.
Select Conversion | Set Transfer Directory from the menu or click the ellipsis button to the right of the Target
Directory display area to access this option. You can also type the destination directory in the Target Directory
display area.
