Log Menu Functions
Log menu functions enable you to customize and control how data is logged and how OOIPS2000 handles the
log files that you create.
Configure
Select Log | Configure from the menu to set the log file data parameters. These specifications determine what
data is logged each time you click the Log button in the main display screen.
Note: When you change the parameters on this screen and click
OK
, a Log Parameter Change message
prompts you to create a new data log filename. You should do this each time, as the newly configured log
may have more (or fewer) columns of data than the data in the current log. These differences may make
reading the log difficult.
Concentration
Select this option to log concentration values.
Log Specific Wavelength
Select this option to log specific wavelengths. Be sure to specify the specific wavelengths (see Wavelengths,
below).
Wavelengths
Enter the exact wavelengths to monitor and ensure that the wavelengths are marked with a check mark. You
can collect data from up to six different individual wavelengths.
Include Date/Time
Select this option to include a date and time stamp in the data log file each time you click the Log button in
the main display screen.
