Spectra (when tab selected)
Storing Reference Spectrum
Documents that a reference spectrum was stored, the sampling
parameters (integration time, averaging, boxcar smoothing, etc) used
when the spectrum was stored, the name of the user who stored the
spectrum, and the date and time it was stored.
Performing Diagnostics
Documents that a system diagnostics test was run, the name of the
file that contains the results of the test, the name of the user who
initiated the test, and the date and time the test was initiated.

Configuration (when tab selected)
Spectrometer Configuration
Records the serial number of the spectrometer, wavelength
coefficients, whether or not linearity correction was enabled, linearity
coefficients, whether or not stray light correction was enabled, and the
stray light coefficient. Only records when these values or functions are
altered.
Data Acquisition Configuration
Records the integration time, spectra averaged, boxcar smoothing
width, and if the integration time was locked. Only records when these
values or functions are altered.
