6 Getting Started
The first time you use ENGSoft, you will have to configure some of the settings, such as license validation and one time con-
figuration.
6.1 License Installation

At the first startup of ENGSoft, a popup will inform you that no valid license has been found for your version. Click on the
[OK] button.

The ENGSoft-About dialog box will then be displayed allowing you to install the license.
Click on the [Load a license file] button and select the license file you want in the directory %ENGSOFT_ PACK-
AGE%\ENGSoft\Licenses .
