4.1 ENGSoft v1.5 New features

Ingest of P2 and XF-Series sequences to EVS-IPDirector.

4.2 ENGSoft v1.5 Changes

Sony XDCAM SxS sequences are ingested to IPDirector as Sony XDCAM optical MXF files.
4.3 Known issues

Limitations:
l
Avid proxy files are not supported by ENGSoft in AVC-Intra and XDCAM HD422 formats for
1080p/720p25/720p29.97/720p23.98.
l
Avid proxy files created by ENGSoft are not removed when an error occurs during ingest or when the task is
canceled by the user.
l
SxS output is not spanned using the SxS spanned method.
l
Ingest of 1080p sequences to IPDirector is not supported.
l
Ingest of 720p23.98, 720p25 and 720p29.97 sequences to IPDirector is not supported.
l
Audio routing for eVTR sequences is not supported.
l
On LongGop spanned sequences (such as XDCAM HD422 sequences), the duration of a subclip may be
greater than expected.
