Parameter Value Description
addr The destination IP address
count The number of times to reissue a
traceroute request with the same time
to live.
size The size of the packet payload.
interval The size of the packet payload.
maxhops The upper limit on the number of
routers through which a packet can
pass.
dstport The UDP destination port number to
send to.
maxfail The max number of consecutive
timeouts allowed before terminating a
traceroute request.
type <{icmp|udp}>] The type of traceroute packet(s).
utime <{disabled|enabled}> Display time in microseconds.
