To edit call notes
1. On the Home screen, click the Messages icon. The Messages screen appears.
2. Select the phone call that contains the notes that you want to edit. Click the
trackwheel to view the menu, and then click Open. The View Call Log screen
appears, listing the details of the phone call and any associated call notes.
3. Click the trackwheel to view the menu, and then click Edit Notes. Make any
changes to your call notes.

4. After you edit the notes, click the trackwheel to view the menu, and then click
Save Notes.
You return to the View Call Log screen with your call notes changed.
To forward call notes
You can forward the details of your phone call to an email address. Forwarding
call notes is useful if you want to keep the notes that you made during the call but
do not want to keep the call log on your handheld.
1. On the Home screen, click the Messages icon. The Messages screen appears.
2. Select the phone call that contains the associated notes that you want to
forward. Click the trackwheel to view the menu, and then click Open. The
