The A RROW K EYS are a sequence of Decimal or Hex numbers representing the sequence of
E SCAPE , L EFT B RACKET , and A, B, C, or D depending on which arrow was pressed.
The first number represents the E SCAPE key, the second number represents the L EFT B RACKET ,
and the third number represents the letter corresponding to the A RROW K EY pressed.
