Reloading the
Dashboard If the Dashboard closes for any reason, you are able to reload it by using
the following keystroke combination: Ctrl + Shift + F10.
Using the Ribbon
The ribbon resides along the top of the screen. Use it to reach application
areas and forms.The ribbon’s command tabs reside along the top of the
screen; they include: Manage, Local Site Settings, Reports, Import,
Tools, and Portable and Help. When you click on each Command Tab,
ribbon options appear. The ribbon options display command sets that are
related to the tab. You may navigate within the entire application via the
application ribbon.
Using the
Command
Tabs The ribbon’s Tabs reside along the top of the screen; they include: Man-
age, Local Site Settings, Reports, Import, Tools, Portable, and Help.
When you click on a Tab, options related to the tab appear in the ribbon.
To use the ribbon, click on a Tab; a ribbon appears, it displays command
sets related to the tab. In the example below, the Manage Tab has been
selected and the Manage Tab Command Sets are displayed in the ribbon.
If a selection in the Command Set appears to be grayed out, it means that
the option is not available, or that the current user does not have access to
this feature.
