Printing and Previewing Location and Item
Data Labels
To preview and print bar code labels for inventory item data and for loca-
tion data, please follow the steps below.
1. Select Reports > Barcodes > BarCodes Selection from the ribbon.
2. The Bar Code Labels form appears.
3. In the Label Type portion of the form, select a label type.
Location: Use the print function to print a specified range of Stock-
room location labels in the label printing software.
Item #: Use the print function to print a specified range of Stockroom
item labels in the label printing software.
Item #/Description: Use the print function to print a specified range of
Stockroom item/description labels in the label printing software.
Item #/Location: Use the print function to print a specified range of
Stockroom item/location labels in the label printing software.
Item ID: Use the print function to print a specified range of item ID
labels in the label printing software.
