Sorting on a
Specific Field
Follow the steps below to sort a specific field.
1.
Place the mouse cursor in the desired data sort field.
2.
Select the QuickSort option from the Record’s pull-down menu.
3.
Select either Ascending or Descending and the data will be sorted
accordingly.
History
The History function keeps a running history of all transactions performed
within the Stockroom database. This feature is useful in identifying inven-
tory trends and for auditing purposes. History can only be viewed if the
history switch is turned on during setup; refer to
. Complete the following steps to view the history log:
