1990i/1991i SR Features
Provides extreme performance scanning even on damaged and low-quality bar-
codes. The SR is built to survive harsh treatment, including drops and extreme
temperatures. Ideally suited to normal near-field scanning operations on 1D and

Like the SR, provides extreme performance scanning even on damaged and low-
quality barcodes. The XR is built to survive harsh treatment, including drops and
extreme temperatures. Ideally suited to normal near-field scanning operations on
1D and 2D barcodes, with an expanded range scanning 100% UPC to 1.5m (5 ft)

Connect a Corded Device
When connecting the corded scanner, make sure the cable is pushed tightly into
the scanner. Loosen the locking plate and slide it over the base of the cable con-
nector to lock the cable in place. Tighten the screw.
Note:
It is important to insert the red O-ring onto the end of the communication cable as
shown, and make sure that the O-ring cannot be seen after the cable is inserted into
the scanner. This ensures proper assembly and IP65/67 compliance function.
