Confirming the Label Printer Settings

You can print the settings report without connecting the Label Printer to a computer or mobile device.
Note
The Label Printer report contains the following information: The firmware version, device settings
information, serial number, network settings information, and so on. (The printed information is different
depending on the model.)

Turn on the Label Printer.

For QL-810W
Press and hold the Cutter ( ) Button for more than one second to print the report.
For QL-820NWB
1 Press the Menu, ▲ , or ▼ Button to select the [ Information ] menu, and then press the OK Button.
2 Select [ Print Configuration ] using ▲ or ▼ , and then press the OK Button.
3 Select [ All ], [ Usage Log ], [ Printer Setting ] or [ Transfer Data ] using ▲ or ▼ Button, and
then press the OK Button to print the report.
Note
• When you print this report, use 2.4" (62 mm) DK Roll.
• This operation can also be performed using the Printer Setting Tool. For more information, see
Changing
the Label Printer Settings on page 37.
