Press the or key to increace or decrease the value of the figure
where the cursor is blinking. It can be set between 0 and 9999 (the
actual maximum effective size is the size of free hard disk space).
You can use the and keys to move the cursor right and left.
If you want to abandon the setting procedure, press the CANCEL
key.
The area specified here is the maximum storage area that can be used by
Virtual Mail Boxes. Note that the total amount of storage areas specified
must not exceed the total size of the Microdrive. Otherwise, in the
particular storage area, you may only be able to accommodate print jobs
of a smaller amount of print jobs than specified.

Display the desired area size and press the ENTER key.

Press the MENU key. The message display returns to Ready.
