3.4.1 Jam at the Paper Cassette or Inside the Printer
Paper is jammed at the paper cassette or inside the printer. Remove the
jammed paper using the procedure given below.
While the display alternates between the paper jam message and HELP
START, press the
key. An online help message appears.
A paper jam which has occurred in the paper cassette of the option paper
feeder (PF-60) installed on the printer can be removed in the same
manner. Paper cassettes of option paper feeders are indicated as
Cassette 2, Cassette 3, and Cassette 4.

Pull out the paper cassette and remove the jammed paper.
2 Push the paper cassette back in. While pulling the paper feed unit
release lever, pull out the paper feed unit.
