the command is satisfied.
END PROGRAM END END; Ends the motion program.
RET SUBROUTINE
RETURN RET; Ends the subroutine.
EOX ONE SCAN WAIT EOX; Separates continuous sequence instruc-
tions and forces a wait of one scan before
continuing execution.
