Example 2: Correcting workpiece misalignment on machines
with rotary tables
Use the 3-D touch probe to rotate the coordinate system,
"Compensating workpiece misalignment with 3-D touch probe
(option 17)"
Write down the rotation angle and cancel the basic rotation
Select operating mode: Positioning with MDI
Select the rotary table axis, enter the rotation
angle and feed rate you wrote down, e.g.

Press the machine START button: The rotation of
the table corrects the misalignment
