: VMS Access Begin

This component is the first running component when user is dialing to voice

mail access code.

- Default Language: The default language when user language is not set.

- Access Code 1 Goto: It is used when the user is calling from his phone

and would like to access the voice mail. The system will only ask for

VMS password.
