Module Status. The status will store into EEPROM and
only may reset by the command ~AA1.
*1: Host watchdog enable flag, 0=Disable, 1=Enable
*2: Host watchdog timeout flag, 0=Clear, 1=Set
Example:
Command: ~010
Receive: !0104
Read address 01 module status, returns 04, host watchdog
timeout flag is set.
