Utilize the Use price list drop-down list to associate the department to a previously defined
discount list (see paragraph 6-2.3).

This screen is similar to the Validation Tab shown in Figure 5-18. Click on the relevant check
boxes to define the validation information in the applicable fields. For a full description of each
setting, refer to the validation section in fleet setup for the field's details (paragraph 5-6.5).
5-7.6. Department Functional Buttons
The Department List dialog box (see Figure 5-23) contains additional features that can be activated
by clicking on the relevant button located on the bottom part of the screen.
These include:
a. Active/Block (refer to paragraph 5-7.6.1)
b. New (refer to paragraph 5-7.2)
c. Properties (refer to paragraph 5-7.6.2)
d. Delete (refer to paragraph 5-7.6.3)
e. Find/Filter (refer to paragraph 5-7.6.4)
f. Export: Exports data on departments from the SiteOmat database. The data is written to a
CSV file that can be stored on local PCs.
