To manually add a transaction, proceed as follows:
1. Enter the Transaction Date, utilizing the date and time dialog box
2. Select the Pump and the Nozzle from the drop down lists. The Product and Tank fields are
auto-populated according to the selection and cannot be changed.
If the nozzle dispenses a Blended Product (composed of two base products stored in two
different tanks) the Mix Percent field that displays the percentage of the second fuel in the
mixture, is also auto-populated. (for a base product the field displays zero (0)
3. The Rate (Price) field is auto populated according to the selected product, but it may also be
edited by the user
4. Enter the Quantity dispensed. The Total Amount field is auto calculated
5. Click on the Add Transaction button to add the transaction to the system
6-7. MANUAL TOTALIZER ENTRY
The Manual Totalizer Entry screen (see Figure 6-14) enables the user to manually enter mechanical
pumps totalizer readings to the system. This data is required for performing reconciliation between
pump mechanical totalizers and the volume dispensed registered in the transactions.
