The Vortek hoist is designed for years of trouble-free service and
maintenance servicing is enhanced by the design.
The components used in the Vortek hoist are industrial and engineered
for 24/7 usage (hoists rated at 25% duty cycle) and require very little maintenance
aside from some biannual lubrication.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
All supplies available at most hardware stores.
White Lithium Grease for the Acme screw (spray or hand applied)
3-IN-One oil for the drum shaft
Blue shop towels for cleaning and appllying oil
Air duster for blowing out control pannel (if required)
