Generating a Performance Analysis Report
A Performance Analysis report allows you to determine each student’s proficiency for a specific test session.
The Performance Analysis report can be shown in chart or grid format. The chart provides the following information for the
selected test session:

Class average score
l
Number of questions
l
Each student’s individual score color-coded in green (at or above proficiency level) or yellow (below proficiency level)
In addition to the information displayed on the chart format, the grid version of this report provides the Student ID and each
student’s exact score.

Select the My Results tab and click Reports.

Expand Session from the left menu and click Performance Analysis.

From the Select a class drop-down menu, select the class for which you want to generate the report.

From the Select a session drop-down menu, select the desired class session.

In the Proficiency field, enter a percentage correct score at which students have demonstrated proficiency.

To view more options, select the box labeled Show Advanced Export Options.

To view the report in grid format, select the Grid radio button.

Click Generate Report.
TIP
Click Export to CSV to export the report to a CSV file.
Generating a Question Analysis Report
A Question Analysis report allows you to view class responses to specific questions presented during a test session. For each
