Classes
Setting up a class in Insight 360 Cloud allows the software to:
l
Associate screenshots, tests, quiz questions and responses with a class session
l
Save student data associated with the class session
l
Provide access to class session and student data after the session has ended
You can start an anonymous class without setting up a class in Insight 360 Cloud. However, the data from an anonymous
class cannot be associated with specific students.
An Insight 360 Cloud class consists of the following basic data:
l
Class Name
l
Course ID (computer generated or use your own)
l
Class Period (Optional)
l
Section (Optional)
l
Start and End Dates (school semester or year dates)
l
Start and End Times
l
Days of the Week that the class is taught
l
Students enrolled in the class
NOTE
Students must be added to the Insight 360 Cloud database before they can be added to classes.
