NOTE
You can also remove a student from a class using the Classes section of My Classes.

Select the My Classes tab and click Students.

In the Search box, enter the first or last name of the student to modify.
The student list filters as you type.
Alternatively, select the student to modify from the student list.

Select the student's name.

Click Add/Remove Classes.

Below Enrolled Classes, select the class.

Alternatively, double-click the class name.
The class will be removed from the Enrolled Classes list.

Click Close.
Removing a Student from the Database
Deleting a student immediately and permanently removes the student and all class session records pertaining to that student
from the Insight 360 Cloud database.
WARNING
There is no undo option or method for retrieving deleted student information from the database.

Alternatively, select the student to delete from the student list.

A warning appears.

Verify that you really want to delete the student and click Yes.
Inactivating a Student
When a student is inactivated, he or she is removed from all classes. However, all student information and class session
records are retained in the Insight 360 Cloud database. Inactivating a student prevents the student from appearing in the
student list unless you select the Include Inactive Students box.
