To print the file from Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, click Print.
3 To export a report to a CSV File:
a Select the box labeled Show Advanced
Export Options.
b Select the data that you want to appear in each column
of the CSV export file.
TIP
To save a custom export scheme for the
Response Grid report, make your changes
and select Default from the Export
Scheme drop-down menu.
You will then be prompted to save your
scheme and can select the saved scheme
the next time you generate a Response Grid report.
c Click Export to CSV.
A dialog box prompts you for a file name.
d In the File name field, enter a name for the report.
e Click Save.
NOTE
To view or print a CSV file, you must import it into a third-party program such as
Microsoft Excel. Refer to the documentation for your third-party program for help.
