Manual punch-in/punch-out
You can punch in and out manually. Press the [REC] key during playback to start re-recording from that
point.
Recording again
NOTE
• Punch-in/punch-out recording overwrites the
existing recording. A previously recorded file
should be assigned to the track.
• You can use the [UNDO/REDO] function.
Re-recording track

Raise the fader

Press [PLAY/MUTE/REC]
1-2 times until the red light
turns on.
Red light on: recording enabled
Adjust the recording
level and the GAIN to
be the same as the
already recorded part.

Prepare the track for punch-in/
punch-out

Using [REW], locate the point just
before where you want to re-record.
Re-recording: punch-in/punch-out

Press [PLAY] to start
playback.
Light on
Start performance,
not yet recording
Perform and record.
Stop
Re-recorded portion
Start
Press [REC]
to start recording,
(punch-in)
Lights
on

Press [STOP]
to stop.
The recorder stops.
