The topics in this section provide an overview of the Compaq StorageWorks
TL881 and TL891 Digital Linear Tape (DLT) MiniLibraries and hardware
configuration information for preparing the TL881 or TL891 DLT
MiniLibrary for use on a shared SCSI bus.

The TL881 and TL891 Digital Linear Tape (DLT) MiniLibraries are offered
as standalone tabletop units or as expandable rackmount units.
The following sections describe these units in more detail.
8.12.1.1 TL881 and TL891 DLT MiniLibrary Tabletop Model
The TL881 and TL891 DLT MiniLibrary tabletop model consists of one unit
with a removable 10-cartridge magazine, integral bar code reader, and either
one or two DLT 20/40 (TL881) or DLT 35/70 (TL891) drives.
The TL881 DLT MiniLibrary tabletop model is available as either fast,
wide differential or fast, wide single-ended. The single-ended model is not
supported in a TruCluster Server configuration.
The TL891 DLT MiniLibrary tabletop model is only available as fast, wide
differential.
