Saving the Merge File

SPELL
1. Press IRIEI from the MERGE screen. The following message appears:
Save file? Press RETURN to save, press CORRECT to abandon.
2. Insert a data diskette and press if you want to save the file. (Press
(TO№l to erase the file.) If you press B^ETUBNI. the word processor asks
you to enter a file name.

3. Enter a file name and press mitlliil to save the file. (The extension MRG” is
automatically added to the file name.)
NOTE:
When the MERGE INDEX screen is displayed, press [CA?№EL| or use the
EXIT option on the menu to return to the MAIN MENU.
Retrieving a Merge File
1. Display the MERGE INDEX screen and Insert the diskette containing the file
you want to retrieve.
2. Move the cursor to the file you want to retrieve and press I return ■ The file
appears on the MERGE screen.
Printing a Merge File

1. With the MERGE INDEX screen displayed, insert the diskette containing the
file you want to print. When the file list appears, move the cursor to the file
you want to print.
2. Press IMENUI to display the function menu.

3. Select PRINT and press I return I.
