Note: Cables which connect to the Pro Link must be terminated in a mini-phone, 3.5 mm,
stereo plug. The interfacing cables must follow the connection convention summarized by the
following pin assignment diagram:
Caution
The TTL and Analog connections are not intended to be used with
audio/IT equipment.
11.4 Install the PCI CPCOM card (MD recorder only)
When you want to use a PCI CPCOM card you need to have a free PCI slot on your
computer. The installation of the PCI CPCOM card is relatively easy and can be done by
following the instructions below:
1. Open the computer.
2. Insert the PCI CPCOM Card in an empty PCI slot and close the computer.
3. Start the computer. The system will ask you for a driver when logging on to the
computer for the first time after you installed the card.
For
Windows: Install the driver by running the setup program that is located on
the Workstation CD, in the directory:
2000 / XP R:\Drivers\CPCOM-PCI\Win2000\
For "R" substitute the drive letter of your CD_ROM drive.
4. Restart the computer.
