Display ST slopes
Welch Allyn CardioPerfect Exercise ECG not only measures ST levels, but can also calculate
the value of ST slopes. The ST slope value gives additional qualitative information about your
ST level measurements.
The ST slope is calculated as follows: (ST at J+60 - ST at J+40) / 20 msec.
To display slopes:
Click with your right mouse button on the view to display the shortcut menu. Click
Slopes to display the slopes. Click once more to hide the slopes.

Work with the ST table view
ST table view
Note: To make the display easier to read select colored bands from the right-click menu.
The ST table view shows points in the recording together with the stage, workload or
speed/elevation, blood pressure, heart rate, rate pressure product, the PQ and the QRS
duration, and the ST values for various leads.
To select the points in time for which this information is displayed:
In the Selection list, click on a selection.

Rate pressure product
The rate pressure product gives information about the strain on the myocardial muscle. It is
calculated as follows:
RPP = (Systolic blood pressure * heart rate)
The RPP is listed in the Trends view in units of 100 bpm.mmHg.
