Collaborate Desktop includes functions that affect the display and operation of the video and
audio for both your (local) system and other (remote) parties. Many of these are accessible
through buttons and controls in the Main Viewer. Controls for the remote side are available
during videoconferences.
Open the Call Log.
Open the Speed Dial list.
Dial the number or name which appears in the Manual Dialer.
Hang Up (disconnect) videoconference (Normal, Large, Full Screen
modes)
Hang Up (disconnect) videoconference (Mini mode)
Invite the number or name which appears in the Manual Dialer.
Transfer the call to the number or name which appears in the Manual
Dialer.
Pick up another ringing call.
Change Size (Normal, Large, Full Screen modes)
Close PIP window
Open PIP window
Open Camera Controller
Grab Picture
Open Audio Tuning Wizard
Select Camera
Start Streaming
Stop Streaming
Start Recording
Stop Recording
Open recorded files folder
Mute Microphone (outgoing audio)
Restore Microphone (outgoing audio)
Mute Outgoing Video
Restore Outgoing Video
Mute Speaker (incoming audio)
Restore Speaker (incoming audio)
Request Floor from Chair (during Interactive Multicast)
