PERSONAL PHONE BOOK CONTACT DETAILS
To list a contact in the Personal Phone Book, you must enter some details about the contact.
Required
Information
First Name
Last Name
Dialing information, which could consist of at least one of the following: User
Number (E.164), IP address, DNS Name.
Optional
Information
User Name (Alias) - the computer's name in the connected network.
Company
E-mail address
Additional
Features
Show in Speed Dial - Select to add this contact to your Speed Dial. The
contact will be placed in the first free Speed Dial slot.
Get Picture - Add a picture of the person. This picture will appear next to the
contact's name in the Personal Phone Book and the Speed Dial.
Clear Picture - Remove the person's picture from the Personal Phone Book
and the Speed Dial.
ISDN Set the appropriate phone number if you use the ISDN protocol to
communicate with this contact.
Is SIP Select this option if you use the SIP protocol to communicate with this
contact.
