Phone Book
Use the Personal Phone Book, store names and addresses of personal and
professional videoconferencing contacts.
You can add , edit and delete Personal Phone Book contacts.
Speed Dial As your phone book accumulates more contacts, the Speed Dial provides a
quick way to dial the contacts you speak most frequently with.
You can add and remove Speed Dial contacts.
Online
Directory
Online Directories contain contacts who are registered to the same online
directory as your system. You can easily dial registered contacts who are
currently online.
You can copy contacts to your Personal Phone Book or to the Speed Dial , or
view contact information . The online directory cannot be edited.
Multicasts The Multicasts List contains information about current public Interactive
Multicasts. To view a Multicast, double-click its entry. The Multicasts List
cannot be edited.
