Online Directories
Online directories are lists of contacts whose videoconferencing systems are online and
registered with that directory. Access to online directories is possible if your system is
managed by Collaborate Central or if you’ve registered your system with an online directory
over the Internet .
For example, if your organization has registered its users in an Internet Location Server (ILS)
such as ils.ClearOne.co.il, you can call all contacts listed in that ILS.
To open the online directory:
 In the Dialer menu, choose Online Directory. The Drawer opens to the Online Directory,
located under the Dialer tab.
At this point, you can start videoconferences with its contacts, copy contacts to your
Personal Phone Book or Speed Dial , or view contact information .
To search for a contact in the online directory:
 In the Online Directory, enter a First Name, Last Name, or Company Name in the Search
box and then click Go.
NOTE: ILS and ILS SiteServer do not support Searching. Therefore, all
entries in these server types are visible in the Online Directory.
