In the Full Screen, the Manual Dialer is located below the Video window.
NOTE: It is recommended to use the Manual Dialer to dial parties that
you don't expect to call at later times. However, the Dialer in the Drawer
provides a fast and convenient way to call other parties without
memorizing their addresses.
