Adapter that has requested exclusive control of drive logic functions.
If an adapter is in local lockout, all other functions (except stop) on all other modules
are locked out and non-functional. Local control can be obtained only when the drive
is stopped.
Parameter number whose value will be written from a communications device data
table.
Parameters that can be changed only while the drive is stopped cannot be used as
Datalink inputs. Entering a parameter of this type will disable the link
