EARLY PRODUCTION
IMPORTANT:
There are two similar but distinctly different Slave
Cylinders. Make sure you know which version you have
before ordering replacement parts. On “Early Production”
cylinders, the gland is installed flush with the cylinder
tube and has “TJB” stamped on the gland. On the
“Current Production” cylinders, the gland has a lip that
bottoms out against the cylinder tube.

300 - 400 lb/ft
(407 - 542 Nm)
Apply Loctite #271
to threads. Torque
to 900 - 1050 lb/ft
(1220 - 1424 Nm).
