Selecting the analysis item

Select the data to be analyzed. The following settings can be selected.

Function

Details

Counter Based

Percentage of Paper Sav-
ings

Select this setting to calculate the percentage of paper
conserved from the counters for the number of sheets and
number of originals.

Percentage of Color Print-
ing Frequency

Select this setting to calculate the percentage of colors
used.

Percentage of Large Size
Used

Select this setting to calculate the percentage of large-
sized paper used.

Activities (Summary)

Select this setting to calculate the summary information for
counters (Total/Color/Black/Large Size/Total Amount).

All Activities

Select this setting to calculate detail information for the
counters.

Top 10 (Printing)

Select this setting to calculate the top ten users using more
sheets. For users other than top ten, the total value is dis-
played in the "Others TTL".

Note

When a general user is logged on, this function
does not appear.

Top 10 (Color Print Ratio)

Select this setting to calculate the top ten users who have
a high percentage of color printing frequency. For users
other than top ten, the total value is displayed in the "Oth-
ers TTL".

Top 10 (Paper Savings)

Select this setting to calculate the top ten users who have
a high percentage of paper savings. For users other than
top ten, the total value is displayed in the "Others TTL".
