Note
To save the file in the save destination specified for "File Saving", access
privileges are required.
Deleting a periodic process
Unnecessary periodic processes can be deleted.

Select the periodic process to be deleted, and then click the [Delete]
button.

Check the message that appears, and then click the [OK] button to
delete.
The periodic process is deleted.
Language
Select the language that accounting results appear in.
File Format
Select the format of the file to be saved.
The following file formats can be selected.
• Excel 97-2003 Workbook format (.xls)
• Excel Workbook format (Office Excel 2007 or later)(.xlsx)
• XML spreadsheet format (XML format that can be read
by Excel) (.xml)
• Text format (tab delimited) (.txt)
• CSV format (comma delimited) (.csv)
• XML (Compatible to external Reporting Tools) (.xml)
The character code for the text (tab-delimited) or CSV
(comma-delimited) file format is UTF-8.
Password Protection
Select this check box when you set a read password for the
file you want to output.
Password
Type in the password.
• For Excel 97-2003 Workbook format (.xls): 1-15 charac-
ters
• For Excel Workbook format (Office Excel 2007 or lat-
er)(.xlsx): 1-255 characters
Password (Confirmation)
Type in the password again for confirmation purposes.
Processing Interval
Select Every 6 Months, Every 3 Months, Every Month, Eve-
ry Week or Every Day as the period for performing the pe-
riodic process. After selecting the interval, select the details
for the period for performing the periodic process.
Accounting Report
Displays a list of registered accounting report templates.
Analysis Report
Displays a list of registered analysis report templates.
