In the [Start] menu, select [All Programs] - [KONICA MINOLTA] - [Print
Log Tool for Print Server].
The System Settings window opens.

Specify the necessary settings.

Click the [Apply] button.
Sending Interval "Immediate Sending": Select this setting to send information
immediately.
"Periodic Sending": Select this setting to send information at
regular intervals, and then specify a time interval for sending
information.
If the information is not to be sent automatically, click the
[Manual Sending] button.
Get the Counter Data by using
SNMP To enable the function for obtaining the MIB counter value of
a device using SNMP, select this check box, and click the
[Synchronize now] button.
Clicking the [Synchronize now] button obtains the device in-
formation from the Account Manager server. When a new de-
vice is added, you must click this button again after setting
and registering the device.
